As a life coach, I will serve as your mirror, reflecting your blind spots, limiting beliefs, and hidden desires. Through deep, meaningful questions and various techniques, I will help you organize your thoughts, identify patterns, set goals, and achieve them. I create a safe space for your feelings to unfold, allowing you to deepen connection with yourself, strengthen your intuition and get inspired to create the life of your dreams.


I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking their life purpose and better understanding of themselves, career advancement, health and wellness goals, lifestyle balance and self-love.


My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual is unique and has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. My method is based on positive psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness and spirituality. 


I'm training to become a certified life coach at the Jay Shetty Certification School, and gaining accreditation in Association for Coaching by August 2024. As part of my continuous professional development, I'm seeing a coaching supervisor and mentor. I also have an educational background in sociology, which gives me a deeper understanding of human behavior and motivation.


Life coaching sessions typically last between 45 to 75 minutes. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client. The coaching process is personalised to you. 


For now, I only offer online sessions. However, if you are based in Dubai we could arrange an in-person meeting.


While both life coaches and therapists aim to help individuals improve their lives, therapists are equipped to address deeper psychological issues and mental health disorders, whereas life coaches focus on helping clients achieve specific goals and enhance their overall life satisfaction. In therapy the focus is mostly on the past, while life coaching addresses your present and the future. These helping professions are complimentary, meaning that if you are in therapy, you can still benefit from getting a life coach. 


Mental Health Issues: If you are dealing with severe mental health concerns such as depression, trauma, or other psychological issues, a therapist or counselor would be more appropriate.

Need for Diagnosis or Treatment: If you require diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, a licensed mental health professional is necessary.

Crisis Situations: If you are in crisis or experiencing severe distress, immediate support from a mental health professional is crucial.


Confidentiality, privacy and ethical conduct is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the Association for Coaching (AC) Global Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
